The hotel was ideally located for exploring the town on foot and all the museums regarding the Battle of the Bulge were only a few minutes drive away. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff excellent

It’s a nice hotel. Rooms are clean, tv channel’s plentiful, the price is high for what you get. That said the breakfast is amazing and the hospitality of the staff, Adrian in particular was super kind and helpful.

Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Parking was easy either outside the hotel on street (which is very quiet) or behind hotel in its own car park. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but fine for a couple of days. All the staff were really great. Helpfuland pleasant at all times.

The hotel was ok, we booked a junior suite which was a large room with king size bed and a sofa, the table was scuffed and marked and the towels were really thin! Breakfast was ok, the cutlery had food on some of them, like it had just come out of the dishwasher without checking it. it just lacked that bit of extra attention.
