Nice overnight weekend stay

Room is great, all 3 rooms booked had an ocean view and a cold aircon. Note that you can see container vessels and Singapore in the horizon and you can’t really swim in the ocean only the swimming pools. Also note that jet ski fumes can be smelt throughout the day which is a bit nauseating and off putting when trying to relax by the pool. Pool is clean, we watched the pools be cleaned daily every morning. But bar pool is closed/abandoned. Jetty bar and jetty was both closed which was a shame cause they advertise this heavily and was a major reason for us choosing this resort. Overall the place is dated and not well cared for, which is a shame because it has a lot potential.

Nice and relaxing for our family stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a smell when entering to the room, but disappeared after aircon started working. Our rooms beach front- very nice location Breakfast was less impressive than we expected.

I simply love the place actually...our room no. 115 was just perfect n clean. We enjoy d the stay, the food, the spa n the water sports available.. Just a little something to highlight Abt their spa...massage and the masseuse were good but...the place lack of the smell of being in a spa...aromatic smell n calming music adds to the experience. We come across the spa centre by chance while looking around the place. Didn't know it was operating until we stepped in to ask... They should have put up some calming music and aromatic fragrance.

Beautiful, clean and quiet room with sea facing big balcony. Since the room seated on a hilly area, the hotel provides buggy services 24/7 if required. There’s 2 swimming pool and a beach nearby.

Nice cozy place with a nice beach view. Cannot go for a swim at the swimming pool after 5pm as there will be no lifeguard. No nearby food places besides the in house restaurant, which is pricey. Need to wait awhile for private hire as the place is secluded. Overall a pleasant stay, staff are very nice and friendly.

The resort was quiet and secluded, a good place to unwind and detach from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff were welcoming and friendly especially the masseuse. So good were the massages that we went twice. Although it looks like it needs a fresh coat of paint and some maintenance, the amenities worked as intended. The only complain was the smell from the toilet as there isn't a vent to suck out the bad odours.

Turi beach hotel is perfectly positioned on the beach. The staff are so helpful and smiley. We were picked from Nongasura ferry, by a complimentary shuttle bus. It's so peaceful and relaxing, we virtually had the beach to ourselves. We loved Happy hour on the Island bar, with perfect views. Although the menu is limited, we chose to eat there each night. The menu could be repetitive if you were there for long, but we always found something we liked. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms are spacious, with daily cleaning and towel change. This is our second visit, the only reason we wouldn't return, is because the world's a big place!

This is a budget friendly resort to stay at. It has two pools, an older pool and a new pool. It has at least three restaurants, we had a bad experience at the Japanese restaurant, but overall the food is ok at all of the restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good, except the coffee pot doesn’t seem to get cleaned out between each refill and the coffee is very burned. Our room had quite a few roaches and ants by the second day, but we were able to switch rooms when we requested it. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are big. The room we switched to appeared to be roach free. Massages are ok but not sure if the massage therapists are skilled, every massage felt Like a long shoulder massage. Great place just to lay by the pool and Relax.

Overall, good for families who want a short getaway. Food served is fantastic - breakfast is fresh and has a good range; teppanyaki restaurant and the in-house cafe serve excellent, tasty food. Rooms are spacious. Water pressure and heating in the bathroom are great. Staff are friendly. Housekeeping response is reasonably fast. But facilities and room can be improved - a little old & dusty with spider webs at corners; toilet bowl was clogged but fixed within the hour; linen and pillows have a used smell. Pools are fun but the waters are a little murky, and should be cleaned and filtered better. The beach has a lot of washed up trash and natural sea debris - a pity, especially for children looking for a safe and clean stretch of beach to do sand play - perhaps the hotel should clean it up regularly and tourists/guests should also be responsible to clean up after themselves.

I’m satisfied with beautiful beach, good facility, and good food. However, there are no place to eat or shop outside so needs to dine within the facility yet cafe and restaurants there are so expensive. The place is the same as fancy cafes in Singapore. What’s more, the breakfast buffet on weekend is too crowded. The staff cleared the seat I was taken while I was in the long queue of egg stand and gave it to others. Then first, they offered a big sharing table to share with a family. I was so disappointed. In addition, they ringed my room to disturb twice though I put Do not disturb sign and slept. One time for clean up, second time for wrong room dining delivery. I guess I just was unlucky there since except these experiences, the staff is professional and nice. If you are okay with the food price, it’s great place to relax.
