"The room i got was very nice although there was little to any hot water, for all you military guys without a passport this is definitely not the hotel for you as they will not under any circumstances let you check in without one. "Have stayed at this beautiful property multiple times over the years. Great location, very welcoming and helpful staff. Special mention to Natashya (concierge) - always with a friendly smile and made an extra effort to show me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point, on my recent stay in May 2025. There was also a very friendly & chatty doorman ( unfortunately can’t remember his name). They had a birthday cake on my return stay in June ( despite birthday was 3 days earlier). Appreciated it very much. "
