The room was very clean on booking site rooms say balcony but only upstairs rooms have balcony downstairs rooms have table and chairs outside rooms not a balcony the motel is clean comfy and very quiet but outdated but we would stay there again

The apartment is modern and very well appointed. There is separate air conditioning in both bedrooms and both living rooms. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of both Batemans Bay shops and the marina. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be returning.
