Absolutely great location, walkable to all the downtown areas. Close to all the restaurants and sites, and still pretty quiet considering it’s next to the main area. The lounge area was very lovely!

The staff was lovely, very helpful. It’s in the center of everything that easy to walk to on the train. However, because it’s in center of everything, it can be noisy at night. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room off the street if possible.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the staff came back at a time requested for our room to be serviced. The evening meal was lovely and the cocktails made by the barman were excellent. We had 2 pets with us and the room had 2 pet beds set up in our room on arrival which was lovely.
