One elevator is in dangerous condition and almost trapped us in between floors. No room coffee for 2 days. Breakfast omelette was great. More than 2 towels in the bath had long black hairs in them.

It started out bad with them not providing sheets for the pullout and its thin mattress. After two calls I had to go and get sheets. The bathroom showed age but was clean. The carpet same. Breakfast was great along with free drink chips. Sounds of flushing toilets was louder than i have ever heard, intermittent throughout the night

The hotel is undergoing renovations which they were working on during our stay. The rooms are dated with very small bathrooms. Our toilet didn’t work properly. Maintenance worked on it but it was not fixed. 2 tvs in the room with only one remote. 3 areas with sinks in the room so strange. No need for that many sinks. The door to the room was hard to open. We are given 3 room keys and only one worked. The breakfast was ok but not worth staying at the hotel again. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Would not stay here again or recommend anyone stay there.

This hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked through the door, the customer service at the front desk went far beyond what you typically expect from a hotel. I was greeted with such genuine kindness that it honestly felt less like checking into a hotel and more like coming home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully put together. Everything was clean, comfortable, and designed to make it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were another highlight. Having the bar on-site was a great touch, and the entire property was well-maintained and inviting. The surrounding area was equally impressive, with plenty of nearby options and a great atmosphere. And for anyone traveling with pets, this place is incredibly dog-friendly, which made the experience even better. Without question, this was a five-star stay, and I'll absolutely be back.

This hotel doesn't look like it has had any updates since the 1970's. Old worn carpet, popcorn ceilings, rust on door hinges, paint chipping, not a single picture on the walls, one elevator not working and the other was super slow, cheap furniture with doors falling off. My husband went to the gym and said it was the worst he had ever been to in a hotel. It has potential. It's nice to have the living room area and an extra sink in the bedroom. Also nice to have made to order omelets. But they really need to invest in updating, I would not stay here again.
