Staff was great and check-in was easy. Only complaints would be sloppy paint and maintenance issues in bathroom. But the main complaint would be several roaches went scurrying as we first entered the room. But no sign of them afterward.

Remarkably quiet room, given its location right by the freeway. Clean. Easy check-in and checkout. I got up at 10 AM and there was no breakfast service in the dining area. No iron in the room. Soap and shampoo, but no toothpaste. (?)

Subpar conditions. Would not recommend.

Polite desk personnel. Noisy guests til early morning hours. The walls & carpet were in poor condition, especially in the hallway. The room smelled bad & the tv didn’t work. It was pretty repulsive. I had booked 2 nights, but left after only one because I didn’t feel entirely comfortable or safe.

The reviews I read set my expectations at a low level. I wanted cheap but clean. I was very happy and found all the conveniences you can ask for. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The ac worked great. The room was wonderfully quiet. The plumbing in the shower needed reworking but was functional none the less. Maybe the highest complement I can give is that I will return for another stay.

Disappointed in Baton Rouge

The hotel is being renovated and paint thinners was left in the hallway leading to our rooms. When the staff was told how dangerous this practice was, they only said that work was being done in the hotel and covered those items with a piece of canvas. Paint droppings were left on the floor. Drywall shavings were left behind the toilet. The drywall near the a/c unit became dislodged exposing the wall behind. My daughter's room was not swept, when the front office was told, they said no one was available to clean it. My daughter asked for a broom and I swept the room. One of the doors to the rooms did not close securely to the door jamb. This hotel is ideally located close to I10 west and east and easy access to food and gas. Closing part of the hotel to complete renovations may result in a better review. Pictures are included.

A very mid stay. Looks nice on the outside, but it's pretty dirty on the inside. The hallways look like they aren't vacuumed regularly and there was a lot of water damage to the walls and ceiling in our room. Some of the lamps in the room were either broken or had exposed wires. Will not stay again. The staff were nice tho.

I normally book at this same hotel when I’m in town due to the numerous dining and shopping locations. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The first thing we noticed is that there was no remote for the t.v. There were no trash cans in the room. The smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling. The door to the rest room wouldn’t close. They advertise a weight room but it was non functioning. The room number was 119 which was the first room, so it most definitely should have had better conditions. The room was inexpensive and we have never had problems before.
