"Very outdated. Filthy rug and couch was icky! Table on the deck had tape to hold it together?!"

"The unit was very clean and inviting. We had a beautiful view of the ocean! Sadly, through no fault of the owner, we had very cold and windy conditions and did not get to enjoy the pool or the beach. But we enjoyed the restaurants near the condo and even played pickle ball one day. My only negative was that this unit is directly over the laundry room which was extremely loud many times throughout our stay. I also found the key situation a bit odd. Only the main key from the lock box appeared to work well. The biggest negative was that there was a cleaner at the door at EXACTLY 10AM on the day of checkout. While i understand the need to get the property ready for the next renter, my husband and i were packed and just needed a few minutes to get things out and the man was very rude to us as we were doing our best to get out. I feel that was unnecessary and ended our stay in a negative way. "

"No visible signage for buildings and numbers on the outside at parking lot/street level inside the complex. There was an A on the side of the building, however, a work van was blocking it. There were several newbies like us wandering around the outside trying to figure out if we were at the right building. "

"View of the beach was amazing. However we stayed for 4 days they only give you two rolls of toilet paper, light bulbs were missing and the trim on the cabinets were severely damaged. Very Dirty on top of the fan hood and as well as the intake vent to the utility room. Hadn’t been cleaned for a while lastly the toilet handle was broken where it would run all the time. "

"Loved this condo! Such a beautiful setting close to lots to do! Huckapoos is a must as is Bubba Gumbos, both very close by. Walking to the Crab Shack was fun. Condo had all we needed and more. There is a Keurig, not listed. The screened porch was our fave spot. Only complaint is we didn’t get to stay long enough! Hope to be back soon though. Jimmy is an amazing and kind host! "

"We had a great time staying here. It's a perfect location. Within walking distance to a really great coffee shop and little shops, only 20 min drive to savannah. So much around to do and see. We could have easily stayed another week to see so much more. The place is small but was perfect for the two of us. Great safe Area. And my favorite part was being able to watch the water while drinking my morning coffee. The communication about check in and any questions were answered immediately. I would recommend. We also saw a dolphin rally close from the shore or last night there :)"

"Our host was wonderfully communicative. The unit was prepared and comfortable for our family of four (parents 7yo 4yo). It was on the older side with some cosmetic flaws, but it was otherwise decent. The property grounds were clean and easy to navigate, with the beach steps away as described. We used the coin laundry twice, and it cleaned our clothes quickly. The pool was not heated, but that was never advertised as such. There are two great restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance, which was a pleasant surprise. All around, lovely trip. "

"Great location on the beach. Broken light in the bathroom, a couple large roaches, and no stocked kitchen basics (coffee etc.) Check in was very complicated in an Uber. You have to go to the office first to get the address for the room."
