"Overall all this is a nice place to stay for a few nights. The main downside was Check in was not easy and continued to be difficult for several hours. Instructions sent via the app were not complete, and had conflicting instructions with some information obsolete. Unfortunately the owner did not respond promptly to me or VRBO, but eventually it was fixed. The property was as described and plenty for our small family of 3. The decor is very cute and our 2yo enjoyed it very much. The pool and beach is very conveniently located in relation to the condo. Parking was also convenient. I would recommend thoroughly going through check in instructions prior to actually arriving at the property to give ample time to work out kinks, because other than that you will enjoy your time here. "

"Our host was wonderfully communicative. The unit was prepared and comfortable for our family of four (parents 7yo 4yo). It was on the older side with some cosmetic flaws, but it was otherwise decent. The property grounds were clean and easy to navigate, with the beach steps away as described. We used the coin laundry twice, and it cleaned our clothes quickly. The pool was not heated, but that was never advertised as such. There are two great restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance, which was a pleasant surprise. All around, lovely trip. "

"Great location on the beach. Broken light in the bathroom, a couple large roaches, and no stocked kitchen basics (coffee etc.) Check in was very complicated in an Uber. You have to go to the office first to get the address for the room."

"Very nice/clean condo with view of the water. Quick walk to the beach/pool and walking distance to a splendid coffee shop and several unique shops. We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. Tybee Island is old school…There are no chain restaurants, no high rises, beaches are nice and not crowded. Tybee is drivable to Savannah. Savannah is nice, but can be crowded with people and traffic So this condo was a nice, quiet, chill out escape from the hustle and bustle of Savannah. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family and will indeed book again if we plan to return. Highly recommend taking the Bonaventure Cemetery tour in Savannah. This cemetery is so beautiful and the history of it is so interesting."
