This is a great place for staying if you want to stay around the villa and relax, there is no need to leave the villa while you are there. If you want to go out you can access a driver through the villa staff. "

The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests.
There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue.

"Ich will nicht wissen, was in der Bettdecke alles drin gehangen ist... Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen. "I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The lively nightclub nearby didn’t bother me at all; I popped on my headphones with some sleep tones and drifted off easily. Honestly, part of me was tempted to join the fun at the club! The club’s atmosphere was classy, sexy, and clearly a popular hotspot. Beyond the nightlife, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, with a vibrant yet sophisticated vibe.
