UM FINAL DE SEMANA EXCELENTE

Ótimo local para descansar, muito confortável, funcionários muito atenciosos em especial o Beto. a pista de acesso foi asfaltada há um mês atrás, facilitando muito acesso, piscinas muito boas, amplo estacionamento. Certamente voltaremos lá. Obrigado pela estadia nesse paraíso.

Localização péssima, estacionamento pequeno, pra muitos carros, me colocaram no quarto sem TV, nunca vi um hotel sem tv, gelagua não tem água nem pra vender, temos que comprar pra abastecer, lençóis tão finos que no frio não valem pra nada.. mas fino do que fralda de criança.. resumindo o barato sai muito caro.. sem Contar que é longe da cidade de guaramiranga

Na compra dizia cama queen, sendo que era casal. Ventilador super barulhento parecia que tinha um ultra leve no quarto. Não tem padrão de hotel.

o Hotel não tem característica de Serra. Flores é que não consta. Muito barulho, som na piscina, você é acordado com música que não deseja ouvir. Um grupo deseducado gritando às 2h da manhã. A desejar nas medidas de segurança da COVID.

Cobraram um valor acima do valor combinada através do site. O hotel foi pouco resolutivo, se negando a resolver o problema. Foi cobrado um valor adicional para ter direito ao café da manhã. O acesso é terrível, a maioria do trecho só há espaço para passagem de um carro por vez e falta manutenção do trajeto.
