"Notre hôte, sa fille, extrêmement sympathiques.Maison mignonne, rustique mais très fonctionnelle. Accès plages et commerces très accessibles surtout à la descente. Montée plus ardue sous grosse canicule.Accueil exceptionnel et convivial. Conversations agréables. A recommander. Nous y retournerons certainement.Bisous à nos hôtes."

"The location was wonderful! Beautiful patio overlooking the sea from a rocky seaside drop. Great view! Beach access less than a block away! Communication and check in was flawless. Walking distance from grocery and restaurants. Plan for an uber if you take the train with luggage. Easy walk to train without a suitcase, but too far with luggage. I would definitely return!!Thank you for a great home away from home!"

"What a fabulous home on the Cote d’Azur! We were greeted by the caretaker, Olivier, who gave us a complete tour and check-in. It was mostly in French so it was great practice for us and he was kind and helpful. When we discovered the next day we didn’t have any hot water, he came over (on a Sunday) and got it working right away. We communicated using “Whats App” with a translator to help. The house was very clean and comfortable with two large couches inside and great deck furniture. The kitchen was well appointed with what looked to be new appliances. All rooms opened to the enormous deck with sweeping views of the harbor, Marseille, and the ocean. Cozy coves for swimming were right below the house and easily accessed via a private staircase down to the locked gate. We very much appreciated the washer and dryer, along with the drying rack. The private driveway behind a remote-controlled gate was large enough for two cars and looking at the street parking, this was a real bonus! The darling harbor town of Carey-le-Rouet was a 10 min walk down the hill offering plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a casino that we did not visit. There was even a small super market just steps away that had everything we needed. During our week here we explored Cassis, Marseille, the Luberon valley, Aix-en-Provence and much more. Great location!Thank you for the thoughtful and delicious 30th anniversary gift - So special! We loved our stay in this home very much and hope to return!"
