Bauru Intercity great hotel

Very comfortable and with very good attention from staff both at the reception as in the restaurant. Need to improve conditions for the shower for handicapped people with grippers and a stool. Had to put walker into the tight shower to avoid danger for fall

QUARTO COM CHEIRO

Sempre que vamos a Bauru optamos por este hotel, mas desta vez tivemos uma situação desagradavel. Nos deram um quarto que estava impregnado com cheiro de cigarro apesar da proibião do fumo. Tem pessoas que jamais deveriam sair de casa...mas o hotel deveria ter sido mais cuidadoso na limpeza e higienização deste quarto. No mesmo quarto o banheiro estava alagado. Pedimos a troca de quarto, fomos prontamente atendidos e nos deram um quarto como de costume mas poderia ter dado errado se não houvesse a disponibilidade.
