Bay Area Vacations

"The lobby bar and cafe/market were very convenient. The breakfast buffet was amazing and waiting to be seated was well worth the wait! The parking garage was very convenient but rather pricey. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed a little dated….but was clean and the rooms were comfy and had everything you needed. We had some TV trouble but it was taken care of pretty quickly. The location was very convenient for walking to many of the area attractions and restaurants. Definitely...

"It is a great location for getting to the Chase center, and I liked the robot that brings you coffee in the morning but the carpets in the room are plastic! Actual plastic, it was so strange and made the room smell like BO. When you check in the valet gives your car a number and a text message and says you can text them anytime when you want your car, which I did and they apparently didn’t get or something? And then when we came back from dinner, our number in the system had disappeared, and...

"We were thankful for a warm welcome from the front desk staff. They welcomed us and explained the amenities available with a welcome smile. we were given our choice of which floor we preferred, which I realize is not always possible. Our stay involved a medical need for my husband so when we added a room for our family, the staff was very accommodating in placing them close by.
