"The room was clean and comfortable, but I had to have the front desk come and get the tv to work and I got ready for a bath and had to have her come back to bring me some soap. Which she did, and very graciously! The housekeeping just forgot to double check on the toiletries, I guess, and that can happen to all of us. The staff took care of my needs very quickly."
