"A really surprisingly nice hotel. Very quiet location. Room big enough for one. Shower good. Complimentary water good. Electric blinds (once you find the switches) also good. Nicely done."

"Beautiful newly refurbished hotel in a good location facing Hyde park, 10 minutes walk from Paddington Station. The rooms are quite spacious and it really is lovely, the only downside for me and my husband was no dressing gowns in the room, empty fridge and no room service and the bar shuts at 11pm even for residents ! Crazy, I've never experienced this in a London hotel before and the fact that you can't even order a drink to your room even crazier ! Also our coffee machine didn't work and we couldn't order a coffee to our room in the morning, seriously this needs to change, I mean n o room service in a hotel and it's a Marriott owned property ! I discussed all the. above points on check-out but she didn't seem to care"
