Ideally located 10 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and 30 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit, La Roseraie is designed as a large family home, perfect for relaxing and socializing.
The Rose Garden is perfectly equipped.
Up to 10 people can gather there. The large landscaped garden, overlooking the Dormouse and rose bushes, is enclosed and ideal for relaxing moments. A 10m x 3.5m swimming pool, heated from mid-May to mid-September, is at your disposal.
On the ground floor: large entrance hall, living room with fireplace, TV, a separate dining room for family meals, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. 1 bathroom (bathtub and shower), 1 separate toilet. A winter lounge for admiring the Dormouse and the garden.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms. 1 large dormitory room with three single beds, 1 small annex room with one single bed (transit room to the dormitory), 2 bedrooms each with one double bed, and 1 bedroom with one queen-size bed. Bathroom, toilet.

Equipment: Refrigerator/freezer, stovetop (4 gas burners), oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer – fireplace, dishes, food processor and household appliances, television, Internet access and Wi-Fi.
Towels are available for rent: €5 per person.

Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture.

Outdoors: Several parking spaces in the small square in front of the cottage.

One pet allowed per stay. Additional deposit of €100 required.

Mandatory cleaning fee: €150.

Weekend rental: arrival on Friday from 6:00 PM and departure on Sunday between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
