"Nice hotel and no smoking in casino which was great. The sweet shop near the casino did not have fresh treats and were overpriced. Will stay there next time"

"When we went to check in which was at 4 o’clock, our room wasn’t ready till around 5:30. We were at this hotel for five nights the first three days we asked for more towels and did not get them. Had to use the same towel for three days. We we’re outside sitting by the pool and the landscapers were spraying weed killer and it was windy so all the chemicals were going all over the people we were on a refresh for them to come do our room, but they never came. Then they came and refreshed the rooms at 5 to 8. We were already in bed. They just don’t have the help there to accommodate you."

"Initial check -in was great. Cleanliness of room and property in general unacceptable. Booked stay for six days and no housekeeping service provided during our stay . There were housekeeping staff on floor but would not clean our room ,unacceptable. Based on this experience will not book any hard rock casino hotels ."

"I’ll start by saying the location was great for walking to casinos and exploring, and I had no direct issues with the host. However, there were problems with this unit for the entirety of our stay. First, our check-in was delayed because of a repair and we had to kill time in the car because we had our special needs dog with us. Some of the major issues we experienced were:-floors were filthy-stains on couch and bed linens-one washrag and no hand towels-the only sink (bathroom) does not drain properly-could hear everything from adjacent unit, which host also owns-neighbors (friends of host) were smoking w**d and the smell permeated our unit -lack of storage for clothing-provided dishes but no way to clean them (concerns about prior use)-no parking at unit and confusing directionsThere were other minor issues, as well. This unit has a ton of potential due to its location but is not currently well maintained. "
