- Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away, Outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/26 - 10/31/26. Indoor pool & hot tub is open year round. Free parking for 3 cars, Outdoor grills in the common areas and elevators available.
Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.
This is a top floor unit single floor 1500sqft condo with 3 bed rooms (2 king beds and a queen)and 3 full bathrooms. Full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included.
