Lovely, clean and well maintained home close , only 4 homes to the white sandy beach and attractions in Surf City. Reversed living, family room on lower level, open living area on 2nd with master bedroom. 3 other bedrooms on first level. Check in is 2pm Check out 10 AM . Owner requests that no kiddie pools be used on decks. Home to left in condition it is found please to maintain reasonable rates. Choice of damage insurance PLUS $250 refundable security or $600 security. Tenant to supply blankets and pillows.
