"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! An absolute hell hole , have a “maintenance man” living in the parking lot . The fridge was broken and not fixed, the ac was broken and not fixed . The room claimed it accommodated 12 people but only accommodated 3 people . An the staff is a nightmare. Spent 400 for 2 nights and in the family room you’re only proved a microwave so we were grilling and they told us that it’s not allowed and made us cook elsewhere . Take your hard earned money elsewhere"

"The property is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Erie. We especially enjoyed starting each morning with breakfast on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool was very nice and the complimentary pool towels were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was very clean, and we appreciated the hotel's option to forgo daily housekeeping in exchange for a $10 voucher to use on the property. It was a great incentive that also supports environmentally friendly practices."

"Needs a deep clean underneath the surface like the walls could be wiped down but wasnt too dirty though. Chris the maintenance guy tried hitting on my wife which he needs fired from the place. The room was nice beds and comfy. The shower was nice and hot water instantly and clean towels. It was quiet at nights and the pool was amazing, they should put some pool toys for guest though just a thought. The parking was great, you can park right in front of your room. You can hangout right outside of room with the comfy adriondack chairs provided. It was a cool place to stay and would do it again, we stayed over the 4th of July weekend for 5 nights and no major problems."
