"The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Also on the plus side, the pool is larger than comparably priced hotels. But for a Hilton, overall management was not attentive. Example one. The fire alarm went off, apparently a false alarm and the third in a matter of days according to another hotel guest we talked with outside waiting to be let in again. Example two. The swimming pool area was not clean. I stepped over matted hair on the tiles, used towels were strewn about, and the hot tub was out of order. Example three. The laundry room tables needed to be wiped off and the front loading washer was out of order. A well run hotel might have one of these issues, but not three."
