"Beds were decent. Rooms remodeled. Parking is convenient. Breakfast is minimal. Budget hotel but good to have fridge and microwave. No coffee in rooms. Good for a quick cheap stay but not if you desire mid to high end accommodations. Note: If you are on the bottom floor and have someone above you, you will definitely hear noise from them walking around."

"We liked the economical price was the reason I looked at The Residency, but the cleanliness, location to my destination, and friendliness of staff is why I will go back. The room was very clean and well lit. No USB ports so bring enough chargers with USBs. We absolutely loved the shower design. I do not know if every shower is the same design. But ours was cool.
