"The Hard Rock Cafe had great food and a great staff! The Pie Five Pizza was delicious! However, the rest of the stay was horrible! I stayed in a premium room of the platinum tower and the table was wobbly, the wardrobe would not stay closed, the bathroom hook for towels was coming off the wall. The halls reeked of marijuana even though it was non-smoking and that smell wafted into my room! The front desk staff was not friendly, acted like I was bothering them when trying to check out. When I complained about the things wrong with the room, I was told they could not switch my room. They sent maintenance up to “fix” things, only the table was fixed and we had a choice to be out of the room or be in the room while maintenance came in during my stay time! I will NEVER be staying there again!"

"This is a very cool themed hotel, with lots of classic Hollywood pictures and decor. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but I found the pillows a tad too firm. There’s a very nice walk-in shower, although the detachable part of the shower head didn’t work (or we couldn’t figure it out). The steakhouse was closed the day we were there, but there’s an awesome seafood place across the street. Very well priced for the overall experience. All in all we would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was adequate and very well organized. The bathroom could use another hook to hold a bag. The check in desk clerk was not nice & needs hospitality training. The bartender & waitstaff in the restaurant were superb! Their manners were impeccable. The parking is very uniquely designed under the building which was extremely convenient. The location is close to and a 5 minute walk to the Hard Rock Hotel, but so much more manageable . I will definitely stay here again "
