Summary - Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in the heart of Beaumaris. Private parking for one large or two carefully parked small cars.
Changeover Day - Monday and Friday.
Dog Friendly - Yes. 1 medium dog (labrador or smaller) or 2 smaller dogs. Please note dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. There is a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs. There is an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay.
Suitability - Situated over 3 floors. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first and second floors. The shower room is on the ground floor.
Bedrooms - First Floor: Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 has zip and link single beds (please request when booking if you wish them made up as a super king bed).
Bedrooms - Second Floor: Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Please be aware the stairs up to this bedroom are steep.
Bathrooms - Ground Floor: Downstairs shower room with shower, WC and basin.
Bathrooms - First Floor: Family bathroom with WC, basin, bath and shower over
Kitchen - Modern, well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetière and radio.
Dining room - Table and seating for six with French windows to garden.
Sitting Room - Log burner, TV and sofa and armchair seating for six.
Utility Room - Utility area with washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave and utility room sink.
Outdoors - Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture set out from April to October.
Parking - Private parking for 2 small cars or 1 large car. Street parking, if available, (first come first served but please be considerate to local residents) or on The Green where there is a daily / weekly charge.
Children - Travel cot (no bedding), highchair and stairgate at bottom of stairs (ground floor).
