Paula was outstanding. When I walked in she was the managing the front desk and gave us a warm greeting and she had the most beautiful smile. Everytime my wife and I came down she would acknowledge us. Paula made our stay so wonderful.

No complains about staff, food, room or cleanliness. Only FYA someone broke the glass to the car next to mine to rob the first night of my stay. Excellent place to stay, just avoid parking in the back and dont leave any valuable things in the car

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had a mini kitchen with sink, dishes, refrigerator and microwave. Highway construction can make access inconvenient, but that is not fault of hotel. Breakfast area was clean when I used it, but it is a very minimal, normal continental fare. No complaints; it served the purpose for my short stay.

Nice hotel - great breakfast

The hotel was comfortable, easy to check in and in a good location for us. The breakfast spread was really good; lots of choices and plenty of hot choices.

Always Perfect Accommodations!

Excellent accommodations as always! We always come to this hotel when we stay in Beaumont. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and its wonderful to be able to have a full kitchen as well. Breakfast is always delicious but you might want to get down stairs around 8:30 or so!
