I was very disappointed by how slow and careless everything felt. When I entered the room, the air conditioner was extremely dirty — very dirty — and my father has respiratory problems. How can I turn on a dirty air conditioner in a hotel room for someone who needs clean air to breathe? Because of this, I had to sleep in the heat all night. I booked two rooms for four people.
