Desk attendant way's not friendly and when I asked for a second floor room, she was very abrupt in turning me down. I understand when they there’s no availability, but I did not enjoy her manner. Breakfast,for me, was absolutely dismal.no oatmeal. The pot was being heated with nothing in it. The cold cereals offered were mostly sugar cereals. The bed was comfortable, the room clean.

The room was nice and clean and it looked like the carpeting was brand new. The rest of the hotel seemed very clean also. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk so sometimes you had to wait. We did not get room service at all on a Saturday and Sunday we had fresh towels put in our room but the bed was not made, and the used towels were not taken. The breakfast during the weekend was adequate, but it seemed like the coffee kept running out and when that happened on Monday morning, the door to the kitchen was closed so you weren’t able to get anyone to bring more more coffee out and also the hot item looked like leftovers from the previous day. Besides some disappointments with the breakfast, the only other complaint I would have is they should have better signage for the hotel by the road. It’s a very dark road and it took a while for us to find the entrance as it was not marked.
