Upon arrival all staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, lovely friendly people. I had a fantastic meal and the room was perfect. It was very hot in the room but this was no problem as a fan was available. Top class service!

Chaos
The guys running the place were very polite and friendly. However, on arrival at about 18.45, one young man was solely in charge. Customers were serving themselves drinks while he was trying to sort out the mechanism on our room door. They had dining guests waiting for tables although restaurant was virtually empty. They were also operating a ‘just eat’ service, which took two others away on deliveries. No breakfast menu was provided and we were given a ‘cooked’ meat free breakfast that was cold, coffee was instant despite a coffee machine on the bar!
The mattress on our bed was very poor quality but the room and towels were clean.
We got the impression that it was all too much for them and that none of the three had any experience in hospitality.
Such nice guys, but desperately in need of training if they want to survive
