Apartment was nice but there were some issues: can opener did not work, bought a new one and left it behind for other guests, same with the scissors in the knife block, handle snapped completely off, bought a new one and left it. The dryer stained all of our whites and light colored clothes. One white shirt looks like camo now. I don’t suggest having packages mailed to there, you will get a notification that it was delivered with a photo of its exact location, 20 minutes later you go down to grab it and it’s nowhere in sight. They have people that come in to organize the room and they will put it in a locker without telling you until you message them several times and even then you get the wrong code or a package that’s not even yours. And I STILL have a package that’s missing. Communication needs an upgrade. "

"Global luxury suites communication surrounding the booking process was quite poor and they relayed incorrect information to me multiple times. Additionally, they promised to “call back” and never did leading me to lose trust in their representatives. With all that being said, the actual apartment was upkept and nice. "

"The room had a strong smell of chemical cleaning agents when we arrived, half our group left and paid for a different hotel. The linens on the bed had stains and we had to wash them - note the stains were gone after the wash. The location of this unit is on a very busy road and the sounds are the same whether the windows were closed or open. Absolutely dreadful furnishings, linens - nothing about this place is luxury. Only stay here if you are OK with a freeway side motel 6. Stay away from these units and units like by Bluebird. Absolute rubbish accommodation. Thanks"

"Enough towels for each person to have more than 1. Hand towels, washcloths. Heat in the community area's like the living room and kitchen. Window coverings that block the lights from the backyard or from next door. The first bedroom on the left has a mattress that is very uncomfortable. The home was clean however all the furniture has stains on it. there was a broken chair in the backyard which was dangerous(we reported this). The host was pleasant and quick to respond once our stay began. The name of the listing is deceiving it says Stanford not EPA. In the description it says Palo Alto not EPA until you get the final. there is a large difference between these 3 cities."

"The place was clean and check-in process smooth. The beds and showers are excellent. There are some restaurants and markets within walking distance. It was very suitable for our needs. I would have given it a 5-star rating if the downstairs master bedroom’s vertical blinds aren’t missing some parts and the wooden boards on the stairs aren’t loose. More towels would have been nice, too."
