Absolutely paid way too much! Bathroom smelled terrible and was barely clean, chair in room had stains all over it, as well as the floor. Telephone covered in dust and something sticky spilled on it. Perfect location near downtown. This home is a 0.75 mile walk to downtown with sidewalks all the way there. It also included games and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing Sequence after a yummy dinner in downtown Aiken. Bethany was easy to communicate with and was quick to reply.
