"The minute we arrived we had problems. We had to get a plumber because the toilet didn’t work after driving 10 hrs to get there was enough the for the bathroom not to work. Then later on we found roaches in the bathroom. Just disgusting! I was actually awaiting my refund that I have yet to receive. They stated it would com from Expedia, never again!"

"The first floor is under construction and around 9am there was a non stop drilling sound that dominated the entire lobby. Three TVs is our room were on but the remotes didn’t work even after multiple reboots. Deadlock was broken for our door. Place has great potential but needs some help. "

"Room very clean. Bathroom very nice. Pricepoint was much better than comparable rooms in area. Will definitely stay there again. Only negative was the auxiliary doors around building did not work to get in with keycode. You could exit them but Had to go to the front entrance to get in. "

" We had a wonderful stay at this property in Concord and would absolutely return. The home was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five—with room for at least two more of our kids to join us. It was the perfect setup for a multi-generational trip with our daughters and granddaughter.The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and very welcoming. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio and in the sunroom, listening to the birds. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with multiple seating areas, which made it easy to relax and unwind. We also took daily walks with our granddaughter and found the neighbors to be warm and friendly.Another highlight was the location. Despite the calm, residential setting, we were just 5–10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and golf, which made everything incredibly convenient.Inside, the home offered both private sleeping spaces and multiple living areas, so everyone had room to spread out without ever feeling crowded. Compared to a hotel stay, this property provided far more comfort, space, and value for our family.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely look to reserve this home again, especially given its close proximity to our family in the area."

"Such a friendly team! Britney was a total sweetheart and helped me get settled (and fixed my locked bathroom) right away. The room was clean and a great value, though the location is definitely a "car-only" spot since there aren't many sidewalks or shops nearby. Just a heads up: they don't do daily room cleanings or refill shower gel automatically, so you'll need to ask the front desk if you need anything!"
