There did not seem to be anyone available to help us with our luggage even though the receptionist said someone would help us. Maybe it was because we arrived on Saturday night. We would stay here again."

"This was a last minute family booking and what a great choice! Decoration was a bit quirky but the kids loved it and the hidden bunk beds made it fun for them. Breakfast in Gaia was excellent, nice and fresh. The chef remembered the kids on day 2 and came over with a little pot of chocolate for their pancakes, which was so nice. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. I’d come back if ever in Delft as perfectly located for the city."
