The spa / welllness area was lovely. The breakfast and dinner were delicious - locally sourced delicacies and a great menu. But the staff were truly outstanding. Very welcoming and friendly and gave excellent advice on places to visit, hiking routes and things to eat."

"The hotel was not a good fit for us. It was clean, room and balcony were spacious, the staff was polite, and the view from our balcony was truly spectacular. But it’s on the quiet side of the lake, had an extremely limited restaurant menu (one page total with plenty of white space) the bathtub is poorly configured and the place personified faded beauty. Think late Victorian chic. To be fair, I noticed there were returning customers as we checked in, so lots of people must be satisfied. Other than the million dollar view, it was not a place I’d pay to return. "
