Hotel antigo. No lobby há cheiro de mofo. O ar do primeiro quarto não funcionava, solicitei a troca e fui atendida. Quarto antigo, cama pequena para casal, suporte de shampoo no banheiro quebrado. Ficamos apenas uma diária, nada que incomodase.

Sempre que vou à Belém fico no Regente. Dessa vez fui colocado num quarto (603) em péssimas condições, cheiro de mofo insuportável, causado pela humidade retida na laje teto. Visão do inferno p um alérgico como eu.. Fui realocado prontamente em outro quarto, mas o hotel não pode disponibilizar um quarto nessas condições..

Boa localização e custo X benefício

Boas instalações, bem locslizado, funcionários atenciosos. Café da manha muito bem servido. As unidades de ar-condicionado tipo split tem um problema sério de instalação pois colocaram a unidade de compressão rmbutida dentro do quarto o que resulta em bastante barulho. Mas recomendo pelo custo e benefício aliado á boa localização perto dos principais pontis da cidade e em bairro bom.

Hotel excelente , cafe da manhã muito bom,variado e atendimento tbm .Quarto espaçosos e confortavel, roupa de cama e banho excelentes e instalações funcionando muito bem(quarto superior).Tivemos um contratempo no chekin quando os dois quartos já haviam sido quitados antes da data da chegada ao hotel , mas só havia a nota de quitação de um quarto apenas. Mas os atendentes foram gentis e solucionaram a questão sem grandes transtornos. Recomendo e voltarei ao hotel.

Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso, cama um pouco dura, alguma umidade no quarto próximo ao ar condicionado, chuveiro com os metais quente e frio invertidos. Necessita alguns reparos na pintura das paredes e portas. Havia um ruído constante e incômodo, que acredito que seja do elevador, já que estávamos no segundo quarto após o elevador. Parecia som de trovoadas ao longe. Muito estranho! Café da manhã excelente, com muitas variedades de frutas, sucos, bolos, pães, etc, além de omeletes e panquecas de tapioca feitos na hora. No geral avalio o hotel como muito bom e certamente indicaria a um amigo

Alguns dias de descanso em Belém !!!

Fiquei hospedada por 3 dias e gostei muito desse hotel, confortável, ótimas acomodações, café da manhã incluso na diária é muito bem servido num ambiente bem aconchegante. Recomendo este hotel.

O barato pode sair caro.

No ínicio do cheking o camarada da portaria não avisou que ia cobrar cheking de antecipação. Entrei no dia 15/03 as 4:30 da manhã e sai dia 18/03 as 4:00 da manhã...ao invés de pagar apenas 3 diárias, paguei 4...outra coisa, se você locar um carro, tem que pagar 20 a diária pra guardar o carro em segurança... os canais telecine não estavam funcionando, chamei a portaria, mas até eu ir embora, não tinha voltado ao normal.

central location. Easy to get around or get lost.

Despite the short stay we were able to enjoy Belem despite its reputation for being an unsafe city. Though most residents only speak Portuguese, we who speak English only were able to communicate with almost all those we approached. The people were very friendly.

Average room and hotel for the price. It is supposed to be an upscale hotel in the city; however, needs improvements to get there. Staff is not always available and/or helpful. They state that the staff speaks other languages; however, they were unable to understand me when I called to ask for information. Restaurant offers breakfast; however, it was extremely dirty every time I went to have breakfast. Waitresses are rude and slow service. In the room, from all the channels that were offered on the TV half of them were not working.

Só poderia melhorar a limpeza do banheiro em termos de paredes e de lembrar de colocar papéis higiênicos novos quando se limpar o quarto. Ficamos sem e tivemos que pedir duas vezes até alguém trazer. Tentar colocar uma cobertura nas comidas do café para evitar que se caia cabelo, especialmente na salada de frutas, achei que ela fica muito vulnerável já que temos que "passar por cima dela" pra pegar os talheres. Mas não achei cabelo não.
