The property was in a great location for the docks with a secure carpark. The room was spacious with an amazing shower, both hot and powerful, nice size bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection to eat so no problems with deciding

Ja è minha 3° estadia no hotel. O atendimento na recepcao sao atenciosos. Porem a higienizacao do quarto deixa bem a desejar! Solicitei limpeza do baheiro e nao foi feito. So era colocado sabonetes. Chao com limo e baratas. Quarto 259 tinha barata ate dentro do frigobar. Quanto ao cafe da manha. Uma variação de alimentos seria bom. O colchao das camas estao velhos da coceira e a pia do banheiro entupida.agua do chuveiro gelada. Nunca mais fico nesse quarto 259 eu ja estava querendo ir embora ja tanto è que desistir das reclamacoes mais enfifm belem è linda o passeio por belem sim valeu..rede andrade melhorem a limpeza pelo menos com agua sanitaria ja resolve..ou por uma vassoura eu mesmo lavo se for o casos

O quarto cheirava a mofo bem forte e as condições gerais eram bem precárias, tinha parede com massa corrida e sem pintura, banheiro pingando do cano na parede e no geral falta muita manutenção !

No geral, a estadia é ok. Mas acho que o café da manhã deixa a desejar, o sistema de chaves para quartos múltiplos é ruim e não ter lavenderia no hotel é uma complicação a mais. Quando mandei mensagem para a recepção antes da minha viagem também falaram que eu podia solicitar um ferro de passar roupa na recepção, mas quando cheguei só tinha disponível um ferro (quebrado) de uso coletivo no terceiro anda, o que é inconveniente.

Os quartos são grandes, amplos mesmo (32 metros quadrados). Confortáveis. O ar condicionado sempre funcionou. O hotel é muito próximo da Estação das Docas e do Mercado Ver-o-Peso, é possível ir a pé (mas somente de dia). À noite, a localização do hotel é perigosa, não sendo recomendado sair a pé de jeito nenhum (os motoristas de Uber e entregadores do iFood fazem a festa).

Bland de värsta hotell upplevelserna i mitt liv

Riktig besvikelse och inget som blev rätt. Hotellet verkar genomgå renovering och jag blev först placerad i ett rum med stark doft av mögel, som trängde igenom den mycket starka parfymen som använts för att dölja lukten. Det var mycket ofräscht överlag, dålig madrass, smutsiga lakan, äckliga väggar och dammigt i badrummet med mera. Viktigt för mig var bra internet då jag behövde jobba under dagarna. Detta fungerade inte alls heller. Jag fick efter en natt byta till ett nytt rum som var bättre (inget mögel), annars var det mer av samma. Dåligt internet och fruktansvärt ”knottrig” madrass, smutsiga lakan och handduk. Frukosten var ok och läget bra. Vid utcheckning var det också problem dålig kommunikation och bristande träning av kvällspersonal. Jag fick stå för notan och ingen ursäkt fick jag heller.
