"Photos look much nicer than than the property in real life. Dingy lighting, walls need fresh paint, paint peeling, curtains shown in photos aren't there. The couch and TV shown are just in the entry hallway with enough room for 2 people to sit and small TV on table right in front of you. Lost signal several times. It was hot in the afternoon and there is NO ventilation. No HVAC system at all, and no fans. Two sides have no windows and just a tiny one on the front that opens right on the street...

Si trova a Restelo, una zona residenziale di Lisbona molto vicina a Belém. Fondamentale avere un mezzo di trasporto."

"The apartment was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was within walking distance of the main attractions and the waterfront. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lisbon."

So might book it again, now I know where the apartment is and how the check in is working. But are waiting to see if the 250 euro deposits is coming back. "Pros: affordability, location and ease of access.Cons: not a clean place (rotting baseboards, lots of dead bugs, and worst was a very old pair of ear plugs in main bedroom drawer that are literally growing fungus inside the case that was left behind by previous tenant). Also, we had to buy hand soap, dish soap, and dish scrubbing pads. Please also expect a very loud stay, as the upstairs neighbors are quite audible as well as all street traffic. "
