Convenient location, good price. It can be a noisy area but I stayed on a quiet Monday night and they gave me a back room (as requested - just in case!) so it was fine

The property is very central in the city. The rooms are clean comfortable and good ensuite facilities. There's an historic old pub a few doors up which is excellent and another round the corner. The staff are very helpful and friendly.One clitch the phone number was wrong and on the hotel's cards. No in room tea and coffee but available at reception which was not a problem. Would stay again great little kebab place next door too.

The property is located in city centre close to shops, restaurants, bars and station. The hotel is very basic, we were given a room which had a wet room. It was very basic and required a renovation and the floor took ages to dry. There was plenty of hot water. Our room was not cleaned or towels changed the three nights we stayed there. However I did notice on last day there was a hook for door to make room up. I didn’t realise it was there. There are no tea/coffee facilities in room but you can make a tea/coffee at reception. The two members of reception staff were very helpful.

Manager is terrible along with room service staff. I stayed there for 3 night but Im on a business trip/ leisure and wasn't really at the hotel. However i extended my stay to one more night but the Management refused to have my room service until next day check out. Rooms and very small.

Pictures were much better than the actual rooms. Rooms and bed were small. Friendly and helpful staff person. Elevator was helpful. Lots of shopping and dining close by. Not an easy location to find the first time.

Hotel not for me

Again was looking for a low cost hotel just to sleep in after a full day out at the British open golf. The hotel was next to a very noisy beer garden and room sound proofing wasn’t great. Tv in the room didn’t work, those things really frustrate me and couldn’t leave my luggage there pre 7am. Think of this place more of a expensive hostel than hotel

Cheap for a reason

Pretty bad stay. Only good point was its central location. Room was recently decorated and in good condition although there was no TV controller and hence TV could not work. Said at reception but didnt make any attempt to rectify the issue. Air conditioning units located outside rooms which are very noisy but at least they drowned out the noise coming from the other rooms. Music going on in rooms to about 3 in morning. Room was tidy but let down by sticky worktops from beer or wine bottles. Reminded me of staying in student halls. Would suit people staying over going out on the lash around the bars. Wasnt for me on a work trip

Hospedagem excelente! Para quem tem sono leve o barulho pode incomodar, mas fechando bem a janela fica super tranquilo. Meia noite em ponto o barulho acaba.No meu caso isso não me atrapalhou em nada. No mais, recomendo de olhos fechados.
