My room was huge with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming on arrival and were helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast (included with our stay) was perfect, with continental options as well as hot food made to order.

There is a great discrepancy between same class of rooms. We booked at the same time as another couple for the same class of room. They were given a modern room in one part of the hotel and we were given one in a different part of hotel that didn't even connect to the part of the hotel our friends stayed in! We had old bathroom fixtures (2 faucet sink) with bar of soap, frosted window, grimy carpet that left our socks dirty, and it was located by a hotel event that had a very loud music that went on until 1am! We asked to be moved when we realized another wedding was booked for the next night so we saw first hand how nice the other rooms were! Rain shower from the ceiling, modern furniture, bright lighting, full range of nicely packaged bottled soaps, shampoo, lotion, etc, floor to ceiling windows, soundproof room, convenient elevator by reception desk. It was not a nice feeling knowing we paid $$$ (same amount as friends did) and we did not get comparable products.
