The staff was fantastic helping me just find the hotel and its parking lot!!! It waa comfortable for 1 night and so clise to the Titanic Museum, it was worth it!

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of George Best Airport. The Premier Inn is only 5 minutes away by taxi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a lovely room on the top floor, a Premier Plus, which was an upgrade as I booked a standard. Very much appreciated. We were disappointed when we asked for one of the featured drinks in the bar, and it wasn't available, but our meal was enjoyable. Again, the servers were very good. All in all, a great place to stay near the airport, and it's also close to Titanic Belfast.

Was a great place to be located near the Titanic Exhibit. Don't miss the Nomadic, Titanic's little sister ship, used for transporting Titanic passengers in port to the shop before she left Europe's shores. Completely restored to her former splendour. Also, take a peek into the working washrooms. Original fittings just as the 'the first class' passengers enjoyed. We all know we're all first class passengers in this lifetime, but that's an aside reminder. Lol. Enjoy reading about the history on board, and the many people who have been ferried safely by the Nomadic, including my grandfather in the first World War, and my Uncle in the second World War. I doubt they ever even knew the Nomadic was busy transporting them both, some 35 years apart.

Staff seemed stretched -- the desk was typically unmanned and I needed to go to the restaurant where staff were pulling double duty when I needed help.

Loved the staff - very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculately clean. Bed was a little stiff and the sheets are scratchy. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was closed due to low staffing but a nice mall with many families was within walking distance to eat dinner at 5Guys.

Pros - loved that the room had our own changeable heating/cooling system. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in. Quick 15 min walk to the city centre and it is an easy walk. 12pm check out. Cons - no facecloths in room, no fridge, only 1 lift working which made for a small argument when people queue jumped the line, having to pay for parking when you have paid $400 CAD for the room for 1 night (the pro to this was we got a voucher to reduce from £22 to £11 but still).

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hotel. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le musée et faire les boutiques alentours. Chambre moderne, joli design mais impactée par la circulation urbaine en terme de bruit même fenètre fermée. Chambre et sanitaires propres. Bon accueil à notre arrivée. Bon petit déjeuner, varié. Par contre, les tables mériteraient une nappe ou des sets car notre table était "collante", de même que le parquet dans la salle de restauration. Cela étant et malgré notre anglais très approximatif, nous avons eu un très bon contact avec le personnel. Parking payant à proximité immédiate.

Il miglior hotel a Belfast

Siamo arrivati in albergo alle 2 del mattino. Il giovane alla reception ci è venuto ad aprire la porta e si è subito prodigato per darci una camera. Purtroppo Hotels.com non aveva comunicato alla struttura che noi s'era già pagato oer la notte. Il giovane, nonostante non avesse la certezza amministrativa del pagamento ha capito la nostra situazione e ci ha dato una bellissima camera, grande, comoda e silenziosa. Questa mattina dopo ka colazione ci hanno detto che tutto era regolare e che tutti i problemi erano risolti
