Very clean and modern Japanese themed facility and all the staff were helpful and amazing and super friendly. Location is within walking distance for everything. Really enjoyed my stay for a non main stream hotel

Although the hotel design is only a reinterpretation of Japanese-style architecture, it has its cool moments and might be worthwhile a consideration if one is interested in trying something new in Belgrade. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast's eggs Benedict were fabulous...

Hidden Gem, stylish minimalist hotel.

Really elegant, super clean, great design, beautiful ambience, great staff and perfect location. Really can't fault this place at all. It's always great when you see the owners there and they are hands on, they care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.

Stayed in Belgrade on a city break. Had a great time. Hotel perfectly located for getting around the city. Great reception and service provided by staff. Really nice personal touch following first breakfast where without any prompting our in room tea service was changed to suit us. The personal touch was really appreciated. Wonderful place to stay in Beograde!

Very welcoming and caring front office! Hanami staff are very professional and made everything possible to make our Valentine’s Day lovely and worry free! Hotel is just steps away from the main attractions. The design of the hotel is just perfect, it has many nice details, yet it looks very modern. Just like in Japan. I also would like to thank Hanami for accommodating our 5 am breakfast to go request as we were leaving to the airport. We got two huge bags packed with sandwiches, fruits and some sweets. Can’t thank enough and will come back whenever will have another opportunity to visit Serbia! Thank you again!!

Amazing hotel!

I loved my stay. Every member of staff I met was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated with lovely Rituals toiletries and a hair dryer that actually does the job (not the usual whisper of cool air you get with most hotel hair driers). Very nice breakfast too with a good selection. The location was ideal for easy access to the city centre and in a nice square with cafes, but still quiet. There is also a supermarket so perfect if you need to pick up something. Very safe area and I never felt on edge as a young woman. The only issue guests might have is that the bathroom has a transparent door. Not a problem for me as a solo traveller on this trip and there is a curtain which covers part of the bathroom but may be an issue for friends or family travelling together. However the staff were so helpful that I’m sure there is a workaround for that. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it.

A real gem in Belgrade

An outstanding Japanese style design, you can feel like in a totally different place. Super professional staff, especially at the restaurant. The high quality breakfast, the best I had in Serbia.

Står i beskrivningen att det finns jacuzzi, det finns det inte. Inte heller någon innergård/trädgård. Och vingård måste vara fel, det finns ingen. Restaurangen på hotellet hade ingen personal så den var endast öppen på frukost. Hotellet hade nog behövs lite kärlek. Servicen från receptionen var bäst med detta hotellet.

Bien pero no cumplió mis expectativas

Debido a las reseñas que había leído, mis expectativas eran muy altas y no se cumplieron del todo. Tenía reservada una habitación Ejecutiva y me dieron una normal. Previa reclamación al efecto, me realojaron en la contratada. Las dimensiones de la habitación que se anuncia no corresponden con la realidad. Se anuncia una habitación de 22 metros y apenas superan los 15. El servicio de desayuno fue muy insatisfactorio. El primer día no tenían platos limpios para servirse y hubo que esperar a que los lavaran, el barista no informaba adecuadamente de cómo se servía el desayuno, la carta de desayuno estaba recortada y no disponían de 3 platos elementales durante toda nuestra estancia. Nos quisieron cargar el consumo de minibar cuando estaba incluido en la reserva que hice. Todo lo demás correcto. Hotel con encanto, en buenas condiciones, personal atento aunque a veces la comunicación era dificil con algunos de ellos.
