"Know Before You Go: This hotel is actually a school for Hospitality students. Although hotel rooms and breakfast are provided, staff are only available in person on weekdays from 8-3 and Saturday until noon. After those hours, needs are addressed remotely. Our room was clean, but hot water tank in bathroom was insufficient for two short showers, and climate control in room was difficult to adjust, even with management assistance by phone. Price is reasonable for Dubrovnik Old Town, so that’s a plus."

The sobe is small but very comfortable and nicely decorated with a stone wall and wooden beam ceiling in the room. The shower has excellent power and the bed is comfortable. As indicated earlier, in the event you need anything Romana is JOHNNY ON THE SPOT. I would definitely stay at Villa siguratta again."

"The room is quite spacious and the hotel is quite well located. About 15 min walk to Old town and to the harbour. But away from the busy areas and tucked away off a cliff side setting. We also got upgraded which was very much appreciated. Beach side access off the property is a huge plus. Thank you. "
