"The property looks nice. My problem was with Hotels.com. The listing appeared on Hotels.com, but actually originates on another platform. We arrived 10 PM in pouring rain (a tornado touched down 6 miles away) and found it occupied. The reservation company (40 minutes and 6 phone calls later) said the credit card did not clear, and "we emailed you in December". "The hotel was clean, quiet, and located within a quick easy drive of the Crystal Bridges Museum! Just a note - the property does not have an indoor pool but all in all a very nice place to stay while in Bentonville."
