We stayed in the Annex and it was stunning! The views looking out from our balcony were gorgeous. The staff were so friendly and kind! They were always ready to help us out. Such a warm and hospitable place.

Hi! This hotel was the best hotel I ever stayed at. The Staff was SO SWEET - provided my fiancé and I a bottle of champagne for our engagement/birthday. The room service was perfect. The view was stunning and the hotel was perfectly located in town. They helped set up a boat tour for us as well as a restaurant up on a top of a hill in Bellagio. Could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely come back here again.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and good rooms and bathrooms. It is just a tiny away from the central area of the town but perfectly walkable. Pool is also small for the amount of people that could stay in the hotel. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent from start to finish. We went as a family of 5 with 2 young kids and absolutely loved it. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Rooms were spotless (we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment), spa and the gym were amazing. Thanks for a memorable stay !

This was a beautiful property and Hotel. The views at Breakfast were romantic and breathtaking. We booked last minute and didn't book a room with Lakeview. None available. The room was small and passable for a two night stay. For us a two night stay was enough. I may have enjoyed it more if we had a suite with Lakeview.

Our stay at the belvedere was one of our best hotel stays yet. The staff were so kind, very attentive, and constantly checked in. It was our honeymoon and the location was beautiful and property itself is beautiful. It is a great spot because centrally located in bellagio, 5-6 minute walk to the marina and all the restaurants, famous steps, etc. The amenities on the property were probably the best we’ve experienced- included breakfast was DELICIOUS and had so many options. The spa has a sauna, salt room, ice room, and steam completely included as well. The gym has a beautiful view overlooking lake como. And the pool/hot tub also have a direct view over the lake. Couldn’t recommend Hotel Belvedere more!

What a gorgeous, friendly hotel. We've stayed at some of the most famous hotels in the world, but it'd be hard to beat the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here. Go for a lake view room with balcony if you can, the rooms aren't huge but it's all about the view, and there's everything you need (including nespresso machines!) But the grounds, pool, spa, restaurant terrace, are all gorgeous, and an easy short walk into town (it's really not that steep). Definitely go for the shuttle to the dock at the end - you'll get a golf cart mini tour through the town! We'd absolutely come back.

**Exceeded Our Expectations!** From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with this beautiful property. The grounds are stunning, the views of Lake Como are breathtaking, and the location is excellent for exploring Bellagio. What really stood out was the level of service. The staff was consistently warm, accommodating, and professional. Whether assisting with excursions, arranging transportation, or answering questions, they made everything feel effortless. One of our favorite experiences was having breakfast delivered to our room. There is something special about enjoying a morning coffee, delicious pastries, and a wonderful breakfast while overlooking the gorgeous waters of Lake Como. It was such a peaceful way to start our mornings. We stayed here while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and the property provided the perfect setting for such a meaningful occasion. The combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. **We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como.**

Our experience at Hotel Belvedere was simply unforgettable. This is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave. First, the hotel itself is an absolute dream. It is beautiful beyond words, with incredible attention to detail everywhere you look. The property is impeccable, the setting is breathtaking, and the spa and restaurants were wonderful. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. But as extraordinary as the hotel is, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the people. Every single person we encountered made us feel cared for, not in a formal or rehearsed way, but with a warmth and sincerity that felt completely genuine. Hotel Belvedere somehow manages to make you feel like a very special guest from the moment you arrive. Beautiful surroundings can make a hotel memorable, but it is the people who make you want to return. Thank you for giving us such beautiful memories of Bellagio. We left feeling incredibly grateful and already hoping to return.

Great location near Bellagio but far enough away to avoid the crowds. We enjoyed the pool and pool bar as well as the well furnit gym. The hotel staff were very helpful, always available and extremely accommodating in helping us plan our time in Lake Como. We ate lunch and dinner at the property and both experiences were excellent, the staff service level was too notch and the food and ingredients for both lunch and dinner were outstanding. Monica in guest services was very helpful in making recommendations on dinners and shopping in town and every single person at the hotel was focused on creating a great experience. I would highly recommend.

A slice of heaven in Bellagio. We stayed three nights at Hotel Belvedere and will absolutely be back. The property and amenities are fabulous. Originally we planned to be out and about more in Como but the hotel was so great we didn’t want to leave. The pool is perfect for lazy days and the food is exceptional. The concierge was great for arranging private boat trips and drives around the lake. The hotel offers a shuttle so you can enjoy Bellagio without the steps. The rooms are well designed with stunning lake views. I wouldn’t change a thing!

I really enjoyed the hotel and all the amenities. The only issue was the room, specifically the air filter. I’m not sure the last time it was changed or when it was cleaned. Unfortunately, we had to leave the balcony door and other room window. When using the A/C we would become congested, and after further inspection it was due to the cleanliness of the filter (cobwebs, dust, and other sediment along the filter). Otherwise, the staff are great, the breakfast is a great energy boost in the morning, the spa is a great midday or night time relief, and the pool is refreshing. I also let the hotel staff know about this as well and they apologized for the room issue.
