How to get here:
By Car:
a) From Milan
- SS36 toward Lecco and SP583 toward Bellagio (RECOMMENDED)
- SP41 via Magreglio and Civenna
- SP583 from Como to Bellagio (not recommended, especially during peak season)
b) From the north
- Ferry from Menaggio/Cadenabbia or Varenna

By public transportation:
a) From Milan
- Train from Milan to Lecco and Bus D110 from Lecco to Bellagio (RECOMMENDED) (Bus stop 150 meters from the house)
- Take the train from Milan to Varenna, then the ferry and/or boat from Varenna to Bellagio
- Take the train from Milan to Como Lago, then bus C130 to Bellagio (often crowded during peak season)
- Train from Milan to Como Lago, then take the boat to Bellagio (often crowded during peak season)
24–48 hours before your arrival, you’ll receive a message via WhatsApp or an eemail from our Welcome Service asking you to specify your arrival time so we can reserve your check-in slot

You will be required to pay the tourist tax before your arrival via a payment link; if payment is not made before your arrival, we unfortunately will not be able to grant you access to your apartment

Check-in staff are available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After these hours, you will be required to pay on-site, with the fee ranging from €30 to €50

It is mandatory that you use only the designated parking space, which will be shown to you at check-in. Failure to comply with this requirement or with any instructions provided by the Welcome Service will result in appropriate action being taken.
