Partially walled, wooded grounds surrounded by meadows with a swing and farm animals, horses, and ponies. In the Perche region, these large houses with their understated and elegant lines, nestled in a wooded park, are often called "châteaux." Yours is in Bellavilliers, a charming village centered around a lovely church. Valérie and Denis inherited it and decided to open it entirely to guests who would like to "experience a little of château life." It was essential to preserve its soul as a family home where all generations gather, but also to refresh the décor and restore comfort. Two years of renovations, sorting through old furniture, and the invaluable suggestions of friends and numerous cousins later, the house is ready for its second life. Welcome! Orne Tourism recommends: the market in Mortagne on Saturday mornings and perhaps a gourmet break in La Perrière, a village with a thousand-year history.
