This tranquil retreat is perfect for every season, offering a serene escape year-round. For fishing enthusiasts, the marina is a treasure trove of aquatic delights, home to muskies, bass, pike, trout, perch, sunfish, and rock bass (remember, catch and release only when out of season).

Bask in the sun on the front or upper deck, perfect for a peaceful read, sunset views, or simply enjoying a morning coffee while watching nature unfold. Upper deck is coated with comfy grass material and acacia wood decking, equipped with bbq and gazebo and a hammock, perfect for a bbq and then a nice sun tanning session.

- Sleeping Arrangements: Drift into dreams on a full bed and a double sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Fresh linens, plush towels, and two sets of duvets ensure your utmost comfort.
- Bathroom: Indulge in a beautifully appointed bathroom with crystal glass tiles, a luxurious shower bench, and premium shampoo, body wash and toothbrushing kit, all designed to elevate your daily routine.
- Living Area: Embrace the cozy ambiance of the living space, featuring a breakfast nook with captivating marina views, a sitting area, and a coffee and tea bar. Unwind by the window seat, enjoy entertainment on TVs in both the bedroom and living room, and relax on the pull-out couch.

- Cooking: The kitchen is a culinary delight, fully equipped to prepare meals for up to four. Enjoy the convenience of plates, silverware, coffee cups, a pot with a lid, a medium pan, spatula, chopping knife, cutting board, cooking spoon, and a 3-burner propane stove. A Keurig machine with coffee pods, tea, coffee mate, maple syrup, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar and a basil plant are also provided. Please bring your own food, ice, and fishing lures (available at the local gas station just 1 min away).
- Outdoor Activities: The Lilypad’s deck is an invitation to adventure—kayaking, swimming, and fishing await. We provide fishing rods, basic lures, a cooler, and a BBQ station. Revel in the surrounding wildlife, from swans and turtles to beavers, ducks, bald eagles, geese, and deer, all adding to the natural splendor.
