Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

Good value hotel in a central location

Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English.

Hotel bem localizado no centrão de BH, perto dos locais onde queríamos ir, em frente o Acaiaca e tbm fácil acesso aos demais. Aos domingos, ele fica na porta da maior feira hippie. As acomodações são honestas, limpas. Café repetitivo (fiquei 5 dias), os garçons muito gente boa, educados e gentis. Único ponto foi o elevador que só tinha um funcionando, com isso demorava um pouco mais o processo do ir e vir. Recomendo e voltarei.

Nossa, cheguei no quarto e nem a descarga estava dada, restos no vazo sanitário, marcas de sabonete usado na pia e no chuveiro. as paredes com marcas de sugeira. Excelente localização, bem próximo de muitos pontos de interesse, o quarto é amplo e confortável, com uma vista linda da igreja, o chuveiro é muito bom, tem secador de cabelos, café da manhã com grande variedade, mas os itens não são saborosos, o estacionamento (que é cobrado à parte) fica em outra quadra e é o hóspede que precisa levar o veículo. No dia que cheguei, estava chovendo bastante e isso foi um pouco incômodo, mas nada que estragasse nossa estadia.
