Pleasant hotel

Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

Normandy is in the heart of centro. It's convenience is good. The property is a bit dated but the attention of staff made the stay well deserved. Front Desk was exceptional. Restaurant, housekeeping and room service was excellent. In the night its location can feel a bit deserted but is generally safe. I enjoyed my stay.

The property was very close to the bus station. The staff was available all night. There was someone available after 11pm to take bags to room.

Good value hotel in a central location

Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English.

O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Suco de caixinha, fungo verde dentro da jarra de água, e demais produtos de gluten, como bolo e pães, sao de baixo qualidade. Filas enormes para pegar elevador, um dos elevadores está quebrado há muito tempo e aparentemente eles não conseguem consertar. Tivemos que usar a escada de 15 andares. O elevador não parava no nosso andar. O hotel está muito velho. Fomos maltratados pela atendente que foi cínica diante de nossas reiteradas reclamações sobre o elevador, aparentemente ela fingia que já tinha chamado assistência sabendo que isso não ocorreria.

Boa.

A acomodação foi muito boa. A cama, chuveiro e espaço do quarto foi excelente. Porém, o elevador é insuficiente para a demanda do hotel. Ah! Também deveriam colocar a foto do hotel nos sites de busca, não a da Igreja.

podem melhorar no atendimento e na limpeza!

Atendimento da recepção nada legal. No anuncio cita que tem estacionamento... sendo que o estacionamento é há 200 metros de distância e $ 40.00 reais a diária! Saímos do carro com trocentas coisas na mão, ninguém nos ajudou com as bagagens! No quarto, juntamos as camas e a sujeira debaixo da cama estava imensa ... pó e cabelos! Alergia foi imensa na primeira noite ... na segunda noite entramos no antialérgico! As camas eram confortáveis e o quarto tinha um tamanho bom! O chuveiro saía uma bica desregulada de água que não tinha como regular!

Hotel bom , atendimento bom ,limpeza das roupas de cama deixou a desejar um pouco ( havia manchas no lençol), café da manhã bom e um pouco de barulho externo ( sino de igreja) por estar localizado ao lado de uma igreja mas no geral é um bom hotel até com piscina na cobertura mas não é aquecida.

O quarto muito confortavel, amplo, com armario e frigobar, banheiro com box e chuveiro com agua quente, secador de cabelo tambem presente. Cafe da manha variado com opcoes de frutas, iogurtes, bolos, paes, frios, café, leite, sucos, ovos e salsicha. Internet nao gostei muito, a rede movel tava melhor que o wifi. O transporte é de facil acesso, a regiao tem tudo que vc precisa. O elevador opera com excelente velocidade, mas precisa de manutencao no que diz respeito ao funcionamento dos botoes quando vc aperta pra escolher o andar que vai... ao acionar, ele nao responde aos comandos de imediato, temos que insistir pra funcionar. So tinha um dos elevadores funcionando e considerando que eu estava no 15 andar, foi incoveniente. Ainda assim saio com uma boa avaliacao do local.
