Com muitas lojas ao redor, perto da estação rodoviária, quarto limpo aparentemente reformado recentemente, sem frigobar no apartamento, café da manhã sem suco de frutas, solicitei ovos frito e fui informado que não tinha.

O hotel, apesar de possuir uma estrutura simples, se mostrou bem confortável e muito bem organizado. Quarto e banheiro bonitos, com uma decoração bonita e super limpos. Roupas de cama e toalha limpas. O estabelecimento está passando por reformas, o que provavelmente vai tornar o local ainda mais atrativo. Café da manhã com o essencial e sempre muito bem servido. A proximidade do hotel de pontos como rodoviária e pontos importantes do centro como mercado central, mercado novo, feira hippie e estações de ônibus são um grande diferencial. Deixo aqui meus parabéns ao excelente atendimento da equipe do hotel que estavam disponíveis a qualquer hora do dia e da noite com muita simpatia. Pretendo me hospedar la novamente quando retornar a Belo Horizonte.

O hotel na recepção parece ser meio estranho, mas me surpreendi ao entrar no quarto, tudo muito limpo e novo. única coisa que senti falta no quarto foi um ar condicionado, tirando isso, tudo muito bom! Não sei sobre o café da manhã pois precisei ir embora na madrugada, foi apenas uma diária.

Banheiro novo, bonito, chuveiro bom. Porém o arquiteto que desenhou o banheiro errou feio. Tenho 1.72 100kg. Se a pessoa for um pouco maior que eu não consegue sentar no vaso. Não tem recuo nenhum, nunca vi isso. Café da manhã é bem fraco mesmo e tá improvisado no corredor. Você pega seu pão e come no quarto.

O hotel é maravilhoso atendimento excelente o quarto e confortável o café da manhã é muito bom adorei a estadia neste hotel parabéns as meninas da limpeza e da recepção a única situação é em relação a localização pois o mesmo está numa região muito movimentada de Belo Horizonte onde há muitos hotéis/motéis usados para sexo casual e quando colocamos o endereço no Uber não aparece como hotel Ônix e sim como motel Onix o que acaba causando um desconforto ao cliente. Tirando isso não tem o queixo alguma dos dias que passei neste hotel. parabéns

Só achei que não tem nada de hotel, é um local pra se passar uma noite, o café da manhã é no corredor como mostra a foto, o quarto de casal super apertado e abafado, não tem ar, é muito barulho de rua! Eu jamais ficaria novamente

O hotel tem uma entrada horrível que parece porta de zona, Qd sobe os funcionários são despreparados, atendem e um pingo de vontade, a estrutura é terrível e o café da manhã é no corredor, nem cadeira tem pra sentar! Boa localização e quarto limpo e espaçoso

Equipe muito simpática e solícita. Quarto confortável, limpo e com roupa de cama e toalhas impecáveis. Só sentimos falta de mais diversidade de alimentos no café da manhã, mas creio que a situação é temporária devido à reforma do restaurante.
