Enjoyed our stay at the Royal Center Center, staff was very friendly and courteous, specially Thales at the front desk and Sandra from housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

First and last time staying here

This place is not at all like what the pictures make it seem to be. The pictures they use to advertise the rooms weren't at all like what our room was like. Our room was very small and not very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't too bad but not the best. Our room keys would deactivate all the time. They said if they were too close to keys, coins, or credit cards they would deactivate. Never encountered room keys so finicky before in my life. They seemed to deactivate if they left the room, stayed in the room, saw the sun, didn't see the sun, saw the moon, didn't see the moon, if you looked at it the wrong way, or the right way, if it heard you speak, if it didn't hear you speak. They deactivated incredibly easily and we had to get them reactivated almost every single day. It was bizarre. Never encountered that before in my life. The only redeeming quality this place had was it's location. Which is relatively close to most of the major tourist attractions and sights. I would never stay here again, especially for what you pay. You also have to pay for parking if you have a car.

média, melhorem a limpeza

A estadia foi razoável, o quarto standard é bastante pequeno, pelo menos o que me deram, precisei esperar na recepção para limpar o quarto, mas ao entrar no quarto, havia fios de cabelo pelo chão, principalmente no canto da cama, o banheiro com muitas marcas de mofo e o ar condicionado soltando um negócio estranho, parecendo mofo, mas só percebi no dia seguinte pq meu computado e a mesa ficaram cobertos com esse negócio estranho. O banheiro da piscina é limpo, mas a area externa que leva ao banheiro tem poças de agua de vazamento.

Razoável, o quarto muito apertado e pequeno, colchão de molas barulhento e elevador sacudia muito e fazia muito barulho. Mas a limpeza estava em dia, todo o hotel limpinho, o café da manhã muito bom e área de lazer era ok. Internet não funciona direito e tv bem ruinzinha.

Atendimento na recepção péssimo. Funcionário mal educados fizeram eu pegar o meu carro e estacionar num estacionamento que eu tinha que pagar e quando cheguei lá nao tinha vaga. Retornei pedir informações e a pessoa te tratar como se fosse uma parede.
