The Island Holiday Company is delighted to present to you Pebble Beach, Bembridge – Coastal Holiday Home on the Isle of Wight.
This Stylish pet-friendly bungalow is just a short walk from Bembridge Beach
Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac opposite a charming former farmhouse dairy, Pebble Beach is a beautifully refurbished coastal bungalow in Bembridge — one of the Isle of Wight’s most sought-after seaside villages. Just a five-minute walk from Bembridge Beach and the village centre, this self-catering holiday home offers the perfect mix of comfort, space, and style for your next Isle of Wight getaway.
Recently updated by the current owners, the bungalow combines modern living with relaxed coastal charm. The bright, south-facing open-plan living area is the heart of the home, featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, breakfast bar, and built-in radio/smart speaker system. The spacious lounge includes plush sofas, a dining table, and a 48-inch Smart TV — ideal for cosy evenings after exploring the island’s beaches, coastal paths, and local attractions.
With three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, Pebble Beach is perfect for families, couples, or friends. Every room is designed with comfort in mind, featuring quality cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows, and calming décor throughout. There’s also a utility cupboard with a washing machine, plus a thoughtful selection of games and DVDs for rainy days.
Outside, enjoy private front and rear gardens — perfect for morning coffee, summer barbecues, or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening sunshine. The private driveway offers parking for two cars, and with free Wi-Fi, central heating, and pet-friendly accommodation, you’ll feel right at home all year round.
Just a short stroll away, you’ll find Bembridge’s award-winning beaches, independent shops, and local cafés. The area is a haven for walkers, sailors, and food lovers, with nearby coastal trails, beachside pubs, and seafood restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for a family holiday, a romantic coastal break, or simply to unwind by the sea, Pebble Beach is the ideal base for exploring the Isle of Wight.
ACCOMMODATION:
There are three steps up to the front door and entrance hall, leading to:
Kitchen : Fan oven / gas hob, fridge -freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, microwave, toaster, and a range of kitchen storage, through to :
Open plan Lounge-diner: Two large sofas, Smart TV and DVD player, dining table with seating for 5.
Bedroom 1: Super-king size bed (180cm wide ), chest of drawers, mini wardrobe
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90cm wide ), chest of drawers, hanging facilities
Bedroom 3: Small double bed (120cm wide ), chest of drawers, hanging facilities
Bathroom 1 : Bath, wc, hand basin and shaver point and toothbrush charger
Bathroom 2: Power shower, wc, hand basin and shaver point and toothbrush charger
OUTSIDE:
At the end of the hall, French doors open onto a charming split-level deck, complete with a wooden dining table and chairs—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Adjacent to this is a smaller patio area with a bistro-style table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. A parasol provides shade on sunny days, while outdoor lighting sets the mood for relaxing under the stars.
An external storage room houses additional seating, beach gear, games and also offers space for bikes or other larger items you may wish to bring along.
PARKING:
The driveway has space for two vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE:
Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £35 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £150 before check-in.
If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.
This property can accept a maximum of 2 well behaved pets. The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
